Our Menu
Wasatch Brew Pub presents a full lunch and dinner menu, including buffalo burgers, fish and chips, brats, and pizzas. Our dinner entrees feature our famous baby back ribs glazed with Wasatch BBQ sauce, rack of New Zealand lamb with mint sauce, pine nut salmon, and sauteed Utah trout.
All meals can--and should--be accompanied by an award-winning Wasatch ale or lager, always available on draft. We also usually feature a cask-conditioned choice.
